Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 充填物を収納したホツノ七−と、このホッパー内の充填
物を適宜所定量断続的に取出すためにこのホッパーの出
口に連設した適量取出手段と、筒状壁体とその外周に設
けたガイド部材との間に形成した間隙を通過してその両
側端縁を重ね合せながら下方向に移送されるよう配設し
た帯体と、この帯体の両側端縁の重ね合せ部を熱シール
して筒状袋体を形成するよう設けた縦型熱、シール手段
と、この縦型熱シール手段により形成された筒状袋体の
下方所定位置を抑圧熱シールせしめながら、この袋体を
所要の長さ分だけ下方に移送せしめるよう駆動自在に設
けた一対の横型熱シール手段とからなる連続充填筒状製
袋装置において、前記横型熱シール手段により抑圧熱シ
ールされる部位を、前記筒状壁体の直下において前記横
型熱シール手段の開放状態時に、両側よシ挾持押圧熱シ
ールし、かつ上記適量取出手段により前記筒状袋体内に
投入充填される粉体を挾持押圧部属上に一時停止せしめ
、さらに上記横型熱シール手段の熱シール作動時にはそ
の抑圧状態を開放せしめるよう上記横型熱シール手段の
上方にほぼ水平方向に駆動自在に設けた一対の一時停止
抑圧熱シール手段および前記一時停止抑圧熱シール手段
と同期して筒状袋体の内周面を前記筒状壁体の外周面に
圧接、開放せしめるよう前記筒状壁体の下端上部に設け
た同期圧接開放手段とよシ構成したことを特徴とする粉

Immediately below, when the horizontal heat sealing means is in an open state, the powder is sandwiched and pressed on both sides and the powder to be filled into the cylindrical bag is temporarily stopped on the sandwiching and pressing part; Further, a pair of temporary stop suppressing heat sealing means are provided above the horizontal heat sealing means so as to be freely movable in a substantially horizontal direction so as to release the suppressed state when the horizontal heat sealing operation is activated. and a synchronous pressing and opening means provided above the lower end of the cylindrical wall body so as to press and release the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical bag body against the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical wall body in synchronization with the means.
