状袋体を挟持押圧した際に前記金属加熱盤の押圧
面による弾性体のシール受面の変形度が少く、そ
の結果、前記金属加熱盤の押圧面の上下エツヂの
利きが良く、筒状袋体側に位置するシール端部a
のシールが確実に行われ、シールエツヂが明確に
出たシール状態が確実、かつきれいな包装袋体を
得ることができるばかりでなく、前記金属細線製
細目状金網は熱の伝達性が早く、金網のメツシユ
が細かいので、熱伝達が均一となり、しかも熱伝
達により加温された金網の熱により筒状袋体のシ
ール部分がシール受面側からも予熱される結果、
正確な熱シールが短時間に可能となるとともに、
シール作業を高能率に行うことができる。また、
前記金属細線製細目状金網は金属製であるため、
強靭で折損しにくく、例えばプラスチツクフイル
ムや紙等の帯体(包材)の厚さや種類に応じて熱
伝導性の高いもの、低いもの、あるいは硬度の大

選択して用いることができ、使用範囲を著しく拡

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 充填物を収納したホツパーと、このホツパー
内の充填物を適宜所定量断続的に取出すためにこ
のホツパーの出口に連設した適量取出機と、筒状
壁体とその外周に設けたガイド部材との間に形成
した間〓を通過して、その両側端縁を重ね合せな
がら下方向に移送されるよう配設した帯体と、こ
の帯体の両側端縁の重ね合せ部を熱シールして筒
状袋体を形成するよう設けた縦型熱シール部材
と、この縦型熱シール部材により形成された筒状
袋体の下方所定位置を所定の開放・閉合・上下運
動を行う駆動機構により押圧熱シールせしめなが
ら、この袋体を所要の長さ分だけ下方に移送せし
めるよう設けた一対の横型熱シール部材と、前記
横型熱シール部材と前記縦型熱シール部材との間
で筒状壁体の直下に位置し、前記横型熱シール部
材により押圧熱シールされる部位を前記横型熱シ
ール部材の開放状態時に、所定の水平方向開放・
閉合運動を行う駆動機構により、両側より挟持押
圧熱シールし、かつ上記横型熱シール部材の閉合
状態時にその押圧状態を開放する一対の一時停止
押圧兼熱シール部材とを備えた粉体の連続充填筒
状製袋装置であつて、前記一時停止押圧兼熱シー
ル部材の一方を弾性体となし、該弾性体のシール
受面を、金属細線製細目状金網にて被覆するとと
もに、他方を押圧面を有する金属加熱盤となした
ことを特徴とする粉体の連続充填筒状製袋装置。
