Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 本体内に摺動自由に配設され、その中間胴部で流体制御
    を行なうための流体圧ピストンを、変位出力形駆動手段
    によって位置制御する流体圧ピストン位置制御装置にお
    いて、 前記ピストンの一端部に圧油を作用させるための第１圧
    力室、 前記ピストンの他端部に第１圧力室におけるピストン受
    圧面積より小さい受圧面積で圧油を作用させるための第
    ２圧力室、 第２圧力室内に加圧圧油を導入する油路、第２圧力室側
    のピストン端部から軸心に沿って突出されたピストンロ
    ンド、 ピストンロンド端面から軸心に沿って穿たれた有底シリ
    ンダ孔、 有底シリンダ孔のピストンロッド端面の開孔端をドレン
    流路に連通ずる手段、 −有底シリンダ孔の内周壁に開口し且つ第１圧力室と連
    通した制御ポート、 前記制御ポートより内奥部にてシリンダ孔内周壁に開口
    し且つ第２圧力室と連通した連絡ポート、 有底シリンダ孔内に同軸状に摺動自由に挿入され、前記
    駆動手段によって摺移動されることによりその移動方向
    に応じて前記制御ポートをシリンダ孔内奥側の前記連絡
    ポートまたはシリンダ孔開孔端側からドレン流路へ連通
    させるスプール、を備えてなることを特徴とする流体圧
    ピストン位置制御装置。
