    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力流体源に接続する供給ポートとタンクに接続する排
    出ポートの各々が開口する内孔を有した本体と；この本
    体の内孔内に摺動自在に嵌入され、被制御装置に連結す
    る出力ロッド及び前記供給ポートと排出ポートとの間を
    開閉制御するランド部を有し、操作力が加えられるスプ
    ールを摺動自在に嵌入したピストンと；このピストンの
    出力ロット側に形成される圧力室と；前記スプールに設
    けられ、前記圧力室を供給ポート又は排出ポートの何れ
    か一方に連通させる連絡通路と；から構成される装置。
