Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流入側ポート１と流出側ポート２とを備えた弁ケース３
    に、弁体４及びダイヤフラム６を設け、該ダイヤフラム
    ６に一端が連結され、他端が前記弁体４と連結されると
    ともに、軸方向中空のシリンダ８を備えた弁棒７を設け
    て前記ダイヤフラム６を覆う弁ケース蓋１１内に開放さ
    せ、かつ、前記弁棒７に側孔１９を穿設して前記シリン
    ダ８と前記流入側ポート１とを連通可能となし、該側孔
    １９を開閉可能なピストン９を備えたピストンロット１
    ０を前記シリフタ８内に嵌挿し、該ピストンロッド１０
    の一端を前記弁ケースＭ１１との間にストップ弁１４及
    び弾機１２を介在させて突出させ、かつ、前記ダイヤフ
    ラム６を弁体４が閉塞する如く弾機１７にて付勢して成
    ることを特徴とする自動閉塞弁。
