Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体の内側に収装したピストンにピス
トンロツドを結合してシリンダ本体から摺動自由
に突出させ、油面上方にガスを封入した油溜室を
シリンダ本体の外側に一体に形成し、シリンダ本
体の内側のピストンの両側に画成された各油室と
この油溜室とを連通する常閉のバルブをシリンダ
本体の底部に設け、これらのバルブを軸方向変位
に基づき順次強制的に開弁するプツシユロツドを
シリンダ本体の底部を貫通して配設するとともに
、このプツシユロツドを軸方向に駆動して所定位
置に位置決めする手段を備えたことを特徴とする
シリンダ装置。
