Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a poultry feed suitable for the production of vitamin E- enriched egg, capable of giving an egg containing a large amount of vitamin E, by adding clostridium butyricum Miyairi and vitamin E to a feed. CONSTITUTION:The objective product can be produced by adding preferably 10<6>-10<7> cells of clostridium butyricum Miyairi (based on 1kg of the feed) and preferably 1,000-5,000mg of vitamin E (based on 1kg of the feed) to a feed produced by mixing corn, soybean meal, corn gluten meal, fish meal, etc.

In the conventional technology, there was no way to actively transfer vitamin E added to feed to eggs, and the process had to be left to the physiological processes of the laying hens themselves. Therefore, even though it was added at a high concentration, it did not transfer well to the eggs, and the product was not consistent.
There was a problem that quality control was difficult. In addition, there was a problem in that the added vitamin E was also considerably lost.

(2) Test method 30 Shaver-type egg-laying hens were divided into two groups of 15 each, one group was given a sample and the other group was given a control sample, and eggs 4 weeks after the start of the test were administered to each group. Groups of 15 eggs were collected and the vitamin E content in the egg yolks was measured.

(3) 試験結果 試験結果を表−1に示す。(3) Test results The test results are shown in Table-1.
