Claims (1)
- 高温で酸化しにくい金属線または貴金属合金線
からなる熱線条に金属酸化物半導体を担持した熱
線型半導体センサを排気ガスの雰囲気中に設け、
さらに、前記熱線型半導体センサを自己加熱させ
て前記雰囲気中の温度とともに前記熱線型半導体
センサを所定温度に保つ通電手段と、前記熱線型
半導体センサの抵抗値変化を検知する抵抗値変化
検知手段とを設けたことを特徴とする不完全燃焼
検知装置。
