Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a slender frame 1 of a truss structure, which has a polygonal (triangular in the figure) cross section with one side inclined at a predetermined angle α relative to the water surface, and is moored above the water surface. A pair of polygonal net-like bodies 21A and 21B are placed vertically in parallel with a distance d between them, and the interior thereof is filled with a buoyant lightweight material such as Styrofoam 14, on one side of the frame 1 inclined at a predetermined angle α. A wave-dissipating device is shown consisting of a flat box-shaped frame 2 attached to. The pedestal 1 has a right triangular cross section with one side inclined at a predetermined angle α with respect to the horizontal as the hypotenuse, and is a columnar body with an elongated truss structure extending perpendicularly to the plane of the paper of FIG. 1, and is made of metal or plastic. It is manufactured using molded material or wood. The box-shaped frame body 2 is made into a polygonal flat box shape using a metal or plastic material or pipe material, or wood, and has an upper surface 21A,
The lower surface 21B and the four circumferences are surrounded by a net-like body,
The interior is filled with a damping material such as a lightweight plastic material 14 (see Figure 3). Frame 1
together with the box-shaped frame 2 attached to it floats on the water surface in the form of an elongated raft. A large number of box-shaped frames 2 attached to the pedestal 1 in this manner are connected in series by joints 22 and floated on a predetermined water surface area to form a wave-dissipating bank (see FIG. 2). As shown in FIG. 1, an anchor 8A on the seabed is connected to the right end of one horizontal side of the pedestal 1 via a chain 11, and another anchor 8B is connected to the left end via a wire 23.

The apparatus 10 of the present invention is characterized in that the scuttling tank 3 is mounted on one vertical side of the pedestal 1 via a bracket 24. The scuttling tank 3 is a closed tubular body having the same length as the entire length of the pedestal 1.
A connecting fitting 12 is attached to the outer periphery of the scuttling tank 3 on the side opposite to the bracket 24. A large number of holes 15 are bored in one horizontal side of the connecting fitting 12, and a chain 13 is connected to one of the holes 15.
A counterweight 9 is suspended from the lower end of the chain 13. The counterweight 9 is suspended in the water without reaching the seabed so as to balance the buoyancy generated by the scuttling tank 3. This counterweight can also be replaced by water that is pre-filled as ballast in the scuttling tank.

Therefore, the inclination angle α of the box-shaped frame 2 is not significantly affected by the buoyancy of the scuttling tank 3. A large number of holes 15 in the connecting fitting 12 are configured so that the inclination angle α of the box-shaped frame 2 can be slightly adjusted by selecting the hole to which the chain 13 is to be connected.

The scuttling tank 3 is provided with a seawater intake port 4, and a plug 5 detachably fitted into the seawater intake port 4 is connected to a weight 7 on the seabed by a chain 6. 4th and 5th
As shown in the figure, the seawater intake port 4 having a seawater passage 19 is a tubular metal fitting whose upper end is closed and whose lower end is welded to the scuttling tank 3, and has a bore 18 bored at right angles to the passage 19 at the upper end. , the bore 18 has a plug 5
is removably inserted. A stud 17 of much smaller dimensions than the diameter of the plug 5 is screwed into the left side of the plug 5 from outside the inlet 4. The stopper 5 has an eye plate 16 integral therewith, to which the chain 6 is connected. A flange 25 is provided at the portion where the stopper 5 connects to the eye plate 16, and the gasket 2 is inserted into a "cutting part" 26 provided at the end of the bore 18.
0 is sealed from the outside.

As described above, the apparatus 10 of the present invention is equipped with a scuttling tank 3 having a seawater intake port 4 that is closed with a plug 5 connected to a weight 7 on the seabed by a chain 6. When the frame 1 on which the frame body 2 and the scuttling tank 3 are mounted is violently moved by waves and the chain 11 breaks, the mooring force is applied to the chain 6 and the plug 5 connected to the weight 7 on the seabed is Stud 1
It was pulled out from bore 18 by overcoming the strength of No. 7's neck. As a result, seawater was taken into scuttling tank 3,
Not only the tank 3 itself, but also the stand 1 and the box-shaped frame 2.
It is possible to sink to the sea floor and escape from the turbulent movement of the water surface. Therefore, part or all of the wave dissipating device can be prevented from being washed away or damaged by waves. Wave-dissipating equipment evacuated to the seabed can be brought up to the surface and reused once the weather recovers.
