Claims (1)
- 同程度の焦電性を有し、圧電性の異なる２種類
の圧電膜を横方向に並設し、これらの圧電膜の両
面にそれぞれ電極膜を設け、これらの圧電膜の両
電極膜側の面にゴム状弾性材料または曲げ剛性の
大きな材料の板状体を貼り合わせ、両圧電膜の焦
電出力が打ち消し合うよう両圧電膜の出力を増副
器に接続し増幅するように構成したことを特徴と
する圧電センサ。
