- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数のアームが水平面で回動自在に各々連結さ
れ、先端のアームに目的物保持用の吸着体が取り
付けられ、後端のアームが支持ポールに回動自在
に設けられ且つ支持ポールが上下動自在に設けら
れている配積装置に於いて、 上記アームを３本のパイプによつて形成し、該
パイプ中の１本の内部を上記吸着体用の吸引ダク
トと兼用とし、そして上記アームと上記支持ポー
ルの駆動を油圧駆動としたことを特徴とする配積
装置。
