Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 パツド及び該パッドから延びている幹を画成してい
る多孔質要素を有する生体内移植用構造物であって該パ
ッドと該幹とが生体適合性であるところの構造物におい
て、該パッドの少なくとも実質的部分と該幹の少なくと
も一部分とが多孔質材からなっており、該多孔質は移植
された時に生体組織をして該材の小孔内に生長せしめそ
れによって該構造物を移植された位置に固定し、更に該
幹の表面小孔が少なくとも部分的に閉鎖されていること
を特徴とする生体内移植用構造物。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物にお
いて、該構造物が連続体であり該幹が0.25ミリメー
トルから3ミリメートル迄の間の寸法の直径を有し、そ
して該パッドの最大の寸法が0.5ミリメートルと8ミ
リメートルとの間である内移植用構造物。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物にお
いて、該構造物が中耳の鎖状に繋がった骨の少なくとも
一部の変わりに内移植されるのに適用され、そして該幹
が、それが代わりをする鎖状に繋がった骨の寸法に近い
寸法を有する如く十分に長い内移植用構造物。 4 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物にお
いて、該構造物が子宮内に開いている輸卵管の端部内に

の内移植位置内に案内するのに十分な寸法の長さを有す

内移植位置からの運動に抵抗している内移植用構造物。 6 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物にお
いて、スリーブが該幹の一部分上に迄熱によって収縮さ
れ、それにより該表面小孔を閉鎖しており、そして該幹
の多孔質端部が該スリーブ少ら突出している内移植用構
造物。 7 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物にお
いて、該幹の一部が閉塞的な被覆にょっそ被覆されそれ
により該表面小孔を閉鎖している内移植用構造物。 8 実用新案登録請求の範囲第6項に記載の構造物にお
いて、該幹の該多孔質端部が少なくとも2つの薄片を有
する内移植用構造物。 9 実用新案登録請求の範囲第6項に記載の構造物にお
いて、該幹の該多孔質端部が広くなった寸法を有し、そ
れにより該幹の長軸に対して実質的に直角に曲がるよう
な十分な可撓性を持つ平らで球根形状の端部を形成して
いる内移植用構造物。 10 実用新案登録請求の範囲第6項に記載の構造物に
おいて、ワイヤが該幹の該多孔質端部I千結合され、且
つそれから伸びている内移植用構造物。 11 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物
において、生長促進多孔質材のディスクが該幹の一端部
に結合されている内移植用構造物。 12 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物
において、該パッドが大きい方の端部が該幹から外の方
向に向いた円錐台形状を有している内移植用構造物。 13 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の構造物に
.おいて、該幹がそれの長軸にそって不均一な密度を有
する内移植用構造物。 l4 実用新案豊録請求の範囲第1願に記載の構造物
において、該パッドの外端部が、内移植された時に鎖状
に繋った骨の一部を中に受け入れる為の凹状部を画成し
ている内移植用構造物。 15 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項乃至第14項のう
