These laminated timbers are manufactured using industrial methods under strict quality control, so compared to pillar materials made from sawn timber, they are characterized by far less cracking, warping, and other quality defects. but,
Since these drawbacks are not completely absent, various product specifications have been devised. Among these drawbacks, cracks in the surface decorative veneer impair the appearance of the product and are a particularly serious problem in use.As a countermeasure, veneer, plywood, or paper is used as the core material and the surface decorative veneer. A method in which the material is interposed between plates has been used, but problems remain in terms of manufacturing cost, effectiveness, etc. For this reason, the inventors of the present invention devised a method of interposing a veneer for lower beams prepared so that the direction of fiber running on the surface of the veneer was at a predetermined angle with respect to the long axis direction of the veneer. Also, in the core material size regulation process and chamfering process, the side surface of the veneer for the lower beam may have a reverse pattern depending on the cutting direction, which can easily cause pitting, chipping, etc. Therefore, the cutting direction is restricted to one direction, and However, there remained problems such as the adhesion and surface properties of the decorative veneer being impaired due to chipping and the like.

By interposing a lower beam veneer prepared to have a predetermined angle with respect to the axial direction, a decorative flash laminated timber is provided in which the surface decorative veneer is free from cracking.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the decorative flash laminated timber according to the present invention, and 1 is a prismatic core material in which sawn boards 2 are glued together with the fiber running directions parallel to each other. A wooden veneer for lower beams having a structure in which a wooden veneer is harvested so that the running direction has a certain angle with respect to the long axis direction of the veneer, and wooden edging materials are glued to both ends of the wooden veneer in the width direction. A wooden veneer 4 for surface decoration is adhered via 3.

着しても良い。 Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the wood veneer 3 for the lower beam,
Reference numeral 5 indicates an edge material, and reference numeral 6 indicates a wood veneer that is harvested so that the direction of fiber running on the surface of the veneer is at a constant angle with respect to the long axis direction of the veneer. The wood veneer 3 for the lower beam is made of lauan wood, hemlock wood, etc., and is made of wood such as lauan wood, hemlock wood, etc., and is made of wood such that the direction of fiber running on the veneer surface is at a constant angle with respect to the long axis direction of the veneer. Fritsch, a wood edge material with a color tone close to that of decorative veneers made of lauan, hemlock, cedar, cypress, etc., is adhered to the surface of the wood, and the fritchi for under-burr wood veneers is cut into veneers using a slicer. do. Fritsch, a wood edge material, is sawn from logs of logs such as lauan, hemlock, cypress, and cedar using normal lumbering methods, and Fritsch for wood veneers has a fiber running angle of 5 to the long axis direction.
The material is collected and used so that it has an angle of 30 degrees or 30 degrees. If the fiber running direction with respect to the long axis direction on the fritsch surface for wood veneers is less than 5 degrees, the veneer yield will be high, but the crack prevention effect will not be sufficient, and
If the angle is over 30 degrees, the effect of preventing cracking is great, but the veneer yield decreases, so the angle should be selected within the range of 5 to 30 degrees. At both ends of the veneer for the lower beam in the width direction, wooden edging materials with the fiber running direction in the long axis direction of the core material, which is sawn using a normal lumbering method, are glued in the long axis direction of the veneer. In the material size regulation process, the side surface of the lower beam veneer is not affected by the cutting direction, so it is possible to
Since chipping does not occur, it has the advantage of not impairing the adhesion of surface decorative veneers and the design of the end surface of underburr veneers. Further, the veneer for the lower beam may be bonded only to the core material laminated cross section (the exposed surface of the sawn wood adhesive layer) where cracks are most likely to occur due to uneven drying of the core material.

業的価値は極めて大である。 As explained above, the decorative beam laminated timber according to the present invention has wooden edges at both ends, and is adjusted so that the fiber running direction on the veneer surface has a predetermined angle with respect to the long axis direction of the veneer. Since the veneer for the hanging beam is interposed and bonded between the surface decorative veneer and the core material, it is highly effective in preventing cracking after the product is manufactured.
In addition, since it has wooden edges on both ends, there is no limit to the cutting direction in the core material size regulation process, making it possible to obtain a product that does not cause pitting, chipping, etc., and it is also possible to obtain decorative flash laminated wood with a beautiful surface. The industrial value of this product is extremely large.
