Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood flooring having an excellent caster resistant property, for which needle-leaved trees can be effectively utilized, and further having a high strength and an excellent insect-proof property. SOLUTION: A wood flooring 4 is formed by laminating a wood fiber board 2 on a substrate 1 and further laminating a sliced veneer 3 on the wood fiber board 2. The substrate 1 is a needle-leaved tree heartwood plywood made by laminating needle-leaved tree heartwood veneers produced by cutting the heartwood of the needle-leaved tree in a thin veneer state crosswise in a direction of the fiber at right angles.

Rawan, which is a raw material for hardwood plywood, is rapidly decreasing due to overcutting. It is said that this rainforest deforestation has caused a decline in tropical rain forests and is a cause of deterioration of the global environment.Currently, raw wood for plywood other than Lauan is used to protect the resources of Lauan wood and the global environment. It is necessary to ask for.

Therefore, it is necessary to continuously select recyclable tree species from the viewpoint of resource protection and global environment protection. As the recyclable tree species, tree species that are regenerated by afforestation are desirable, and the tree species that are being planted are mainly coniferous trees, and the coniferous trees have not been deforested as much as Lauan and can be used as a resource.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a wood flooring material according to the present invention is formed by laminating a wood fiberboard 2 on a substrate 1 and a veneer 3 on the wood fiberboard 2. It is a wood floor material 4, and the substrate 1 is made of a softwood core material plywood obtained by laminating a softwood core material veneer obtained by cutting a softwood core material part into a thin veneer shape so that the fiber directions are orthogonal to each other. The wood fiber board 2 such as a medium quality fiber board such as DF can increase the hardness to improve the caster resistance.
Since the substrate 1 is made of a softwood core material plywood obtained by cutting a softwood core material single plate obtained by cutting a softwood core material portion into a thin single plate shape, the hardness of the substrate 1 itself is increased. The caster resistance is further improved. Further, since the substrate 1 is made of a softwood core material plywood obtained by laminating a softwood core material veneer obtained by cutting a softwood core material portion into a thin veneer shape, the softwood core material plywood is laminated. Since the cells are dead, they are hard and strong, and they are excellent in insect repellency, and do not cause insect damage such as flat beetles and are resistant to corrosion.

Larch is preferably used as the softwood. Since larch has a high core material ratio, a softwood core material veneer can be easily obtained by cutting the core material part of a softwood into a thin veneer. In addition, larch has the characteristics of high specific gravity, high hardness, high strength, and low shrinkage, and is also excellent in corrosion resistance and insect repellency.

In the present invention, the substrate 1 is made of a softwood core material plywood. This softwood core material plywood is made by laminating a softwood core material veneer obtained by cutting a softwood core material portion into a thin veneer so that the fiber directions are orthogonal to each other. Here, when the trunk of the coniferous tree is cut in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the trunk, it is possible to visually recognize that there is a sapwood on the outer peripheral portion and a core material on the inner peripheral portion due to different colors. Here, the sapwood is a part where cells are alive and has a conduction function of transporting the water and nutrients sucked up from the roots to the leaves, while the core material is a modified sapwood that causes cell death. It is the part. In the present invention, a softwood core plywood is formed using a softwood core veneer obtained by cutting the core material part of the softwood, which is a cell dead part, into a thin veneer. The core material of softwood has a higher specific gravity than the sapwood, and is characterized by high hardness, high strength, and a low shrinkage ratio, and is also excellent in corrosion resistance and insect resistance. .

The core material of the conifer has the above-mentioned characteristics, but the core material of the conifer has the sapwood changed and the cells dead, so that the node becomes a nodule. Therefore, in the present invention, when forming the substrate 1 by laminating the softwood core material veneers obtained by cutting the core material part of the softwood into a thin veneer shape so that the fiber directions are orthogonal to each other, the side end portion of the board 1 There are no voids in the processed part, and even if there are dead or voids on the front and back surfaces of the substrate 1, there are 3 dead or φ20mm dead voids.
Use those that are within the place, and use the softwood core wood veneer in which the core material part of the softwood is cut into a thin veneer under the condition that it is filled with putty and smoothed for the missing node,
The substrate 1 is formed by laminating the leaf core material single plates satisfying such conditions with the fiber directions orthogonal to each other.

One embodiment is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG.
A substrate 1 is formed from a 9.0 mm thick softwood core plywood by laminating 5 plies of a softwood core veneer obtained by cutting the core material part of larch into a thin veneer, and this 9.0 mm thick softwood core A wood fiberboard 2 made of MDF (medium fiberboard) having a thickness of 2.7 mm is laminated on a substrate 1 made of a plywood with an aqueous vinylurethane adhesive as an adhesive 7a, and at the same time a wood fiberboard 2 is provided. As the adhesive 7b, a 0.25 mm-thick veneer is laminated via a melamine resin-based adhesive to form a 12 mm-thick wood flooring 4.

The reason why the layers are laminated by cold pressing without hot pressing is as follows. In other words, hot pressing causes excessive warpage after lamination, but cold pressing suppresses warpage and ensures stable quality. When a water-based vinyl urethane adhesive is used as an adhesive for adhering the substrate 1 made of softwood core plywood and the wooden fiber board 2 made of MDF (medium fiber board), for example, 100 sheets are piled up. As a result, stable quality can be secured even when cold pressing.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, a surface treatment layer 5 is formed on the upper surface of the projecting plate 3 on the upper surface of the projecting plate 3 on the upper surface of the wooden floor material 4. This surface treatment layer 5 is an undercoat 5 on the upper surface of the veneer 3.
It is configured by applying a and further applying a top coat 5b. The top coat 5b is a mixture of a fluorine-based resin with an ultraviolet curable paint, and further blended with ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. And has been cured. In this way, the topcoat 5b is formed by UV-curing a mixture of a UV-curable paint and a fluorine-based resin to form a wood flooring 4 having excellent surface impact resistance, stain resistance, and light resistance. Is something that can be done.
