A plunger that can slide inside the block and is movable by hydraulic pressure in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction is installed in the body that is always pressed against the cam, and one end of the valve stem comes into contact with the groove of the plunger during steady operation. When the cam rotates and moves in the same direction as the body slides, the valve at the other end of the valve stem opens and closes, and during cylinder reduction operation, the valve is switched by a signal from a cylinder switching computer.
