Claims (1)

a first passage that communicates the long groove with the hydraulic fluid reservoir; a through hole extending from the long groove to the end of the actuating piston; and a second passage provided within the through hole that communicates the long groove with the hydraulic pressure generating chamber. a passageway, a valve provided at the end of the actuating piston so as to be able to shut off the second passageway, and an opening that opens when the valve is not actuated and is disposed through the through hole and can come into contact with the shaft-like member.
