Claims (1)
リンダ孔に摺動自在に挿入してシリシダ孔内に圧力室を
形成し、かつ一端がシリンダ孔外部に突出するピストン
と、該ピストンと前記シリンダ本体との間に配設される
ダイヤフラムと、前記ピストン、シリンダ本体、ダイヤ
フラムの３者で形成される補助室と、該補助室と前記圧
力室と、を連絡する通路に設けられ当該補助室から前記
圧力室への液移動を許容する第１弁と、前記補助室を作
動液リザーバに連絡する通路に設けられ作動液リザーバ
から前記補助室への液移動を許容する− 第２弁および
その逆は所定の圧力以下で禁止する第３弁と、非作動時
前記圧力室、補助室を作動液リザーバに連絡する少なく
とも１つ以上の通路とを有し、前記ピストンのシリンダ
