Claims (1)
- 入力信号源と、該入力信号源からの入力信号を
増幅する増幅器と、該増幅器の出力信号レベルを
検出するレベル検出回路と、該レベル検出回路の
出力信号に応じて前記増幅器の入力信号を制御す
る制御トランジスタとを直流結合して成るＩＣ化
された自動レベル制御回路において、前記制御ト
ランジスタのベースコンタクトの一側にコレクタ
コンタクトを配置するとともに、前記ベースコン
タクトの他側の分離領域に沿つて基体に流れる電
流を吸い上げる為のコンタクトを配置し、該コン
タクトを接地することにより前記制御トランジス
タのベースに流れる電流を前記コンタクトから吸
い上げてアースに流す様にしたことを特徴とする
自動レベル制御回路。
