Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄槽の内側上方に冷却媒体が通過するクーリ
    ングパイプを周設し、この洗浄槽の底部に塩素系
    有機溶剤からなる洗浄液を収容するとともに、こ
    の洗浄液中に加熱媒体が通過する加熱パイプを設
    け、さらに、前記洗浄槽の外側上方に排気ダクト
    を周設し、この排気ダクトの近傍にエア供給源に
    通ずる給気ダクトを設け、排気ダクトの周辺にエ
    アを噴出させることを特徴とする蒸気洗浄装置。
