Claims (1)
- 有機溶剤を貯溜する洗浄槽の上方に、この洗浄
槽の上部開口を囲む立壁を設け、この立壁に空気
吹出口と空気吸入口とを設けて両口を結ぶエアカ
ーテンを形成させ、空気吹出口と空気吸入口とを
結ぶダクトの途中に送風機と凝縮器とを直列に設
けて成る有機溶剤を用いる洗浄器。
