Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽の内側上方に樋状に形成された溝を周設
するとともに、この溝の上部周辺に冷却媒体が通
過するクーリングパイプを多重に設け、洗浄槽の
底部に塩素系有機溶剤からなる洗浄液を収容せし
め、この洗浄液中に加熱媒体が通過する加熱パイ
プとライザ管とを配設し、更に、前記洗浄槽の近
傍に回収槽を設け、この回収槽と前記洗浄槽の溝
とを回収パイプで接続するとともに、回収槽と前
記洗浄槽内のライザ管とをその途中にポンプを備
える供給パイプで接続したことを特徴とする蒸気
洗浄装置。
