の電極端子板と、前記正特性サーミスタ及び前記
電極端子板を収納する凹部を有する絶縁ケースと
、この絶縁ケースの前記凹部の開口端側において
前記電極端子板の一方側に備えられる放熱板とを
有する正特性サーミスタ装置において、放熱板及
び絶縁ケースの上から全体を弾力的に挾持する保
持具を備え、この保持具のバネ圧を利用して、前
記電極端子板と前記正特性サーミスタとをバネ接
触させることを特徴とする正特性サーミスタ装置
。 (2) 前記一対の電極端子板のうち、前記絶縁ケ
ースの凹部内底面側に位置する電極端子板は、凹
部内底面と対向する両側に突起を有し、この突起
により前記電極端子板と前記凹部内底面との間に
間隔を形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (3) 前記保持具は、前記放熱板を押える第1の
保持部材と、前記絶縁ケースを底面側から押える
第2の保持部材とを、互いに結合させて構成した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
または第2項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (4) 前記第1の保持部材は、前記放熱体の周辺
部を押えてその内側の面を臨ませる孔を有するこ

置。 (5) 前記第1の保持部材は、周辺部に凸縁を有
