Claims (1)

性サーミスタ装置において、前記正特性サーミス
タは板厚方向の両面に電極を有する平板状に形成
し、前記正特性サーミスタの電極面側を、前記伝
熱体に設けた平坦部に面結合させたことを特徴と
する正特性サーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記平坦部は、前記筒部の外壁部に、前記
筒部を挾んで相対向するように形成し、前記平坦
部のそれぞれに前記正特性サーミスタを面結合さ
せたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装置。 (3) 前記正特性サーミスタは、電極端子の有す
るバネ圧によつて前記伝熱体の前記平坦部に圧接
させたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項または第2項に記載の正特性サーミスタ装
置。 (4) 前記伝熱体は、中心部に前記筒部を有する
と共に、前記筒部の周りに前記正特性サーミスタ
を収納する溝を設けたケースでなり、前記溝を蓋
体で閉塞したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項に記載の正特
性サーミスタ装置。 (5) 前記電極端子は、端子部を前記溝の底部か
ら外部に引出したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
