ミスタ素子をガラスチユーブ内に収容すると共に
、ガラスチユーブの両開口部に挿入した金属製の
素子支持部材を負特性サーミスタ素子の両電極に
当接させ、かつ、各素子支持部材をチユーブ開口
部内面の電極部分に接続させた状態で、素子支持
部材とガラスチユーブとを熱封着してあることを
