Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely wind kneaded stock rubber around the surface of a mixing roll by a structure wherein an adhesive mass coating device and a contact-bonding means are provided near the mixing roll. CONSTITUTION:When stock rubber W is extruded in sheet from between mixing rolls 1a and 1b and hung down, a coating device 2 is put into actuation in order to spray adhesive mass G against the mixing roll 1b. When the sheet-like stock rubber lies on a belt conveyer 5, a cylinder 7 is put into actuation so as to raise the belt conveyer 5 in order to bont the tip of the stock rubber by contacting with the surface of the mixing roll 1b. After a certain period of time has past since the winding of the sheet-like stock rubber W around the mixing roll 1b strats, the conveyer 5 is lowered to its original position.

したゴム材料のロールへの巻付装置を提供するものであ

せることが出来、従ってゴム材料の混練ロールへの巻付
は作業を安全に、しかも迅速に行うことが出来て作業能
率を向上することが出来る。
