The so-called wrap type was common, in which the film was encapsulated and the polymerized film portion was sealed on the bottom surface.

There was also an upper edge outer surface adhesive type in which the film was closed with a film, the film was glued to the outer flat surface, and the remaining portion was cut off.

い等の欠点があつた。(Problems to be solved by the invention) Although the wrap-type wrap type has a relatively simple packaging process, it wastes a lot of material because it covers the entire circumference of the container other than the opening surface, and Encapsulation in a state where it bulges out or protrudes from the surface has the disadvantage that the film often tears due to the tension and pressure applied during wrapping and sealing. On the other hand, the type that adheres to the outer surface of the upper edge is good in terms of saving materials and preventing the film from tearing, but the outer folded surface of the upper edge of the container is a substantially flat surface and this surface overlaps when the containers are stacked. Containers that can be used are limited, such as having to use containers with a stacking structure to prevent them from being damaged, and requiring a certain level of strength for the container itself in order to apply adhesive to the flat outer surface. There were drawbacks such as the work of applying adhesive to the outer flat surface was quite cumbersome and it was difficult to integrate the packaging process into a continuous line.

2 is disposed in the bottom surface of the receiving mold 12, and a projecting plate 13 for projecting the received container upward from the receiving mold is integrated with the tip of a projecting rod 14 that is fitted through the bottom surface of the receiving mold. The flange 1a of the container 1 is placed at a position above the receiving mold 12 and directly above the stretched film 4, so that the entire periphery of the flange 1a of the container 1 is applied from the upper surface to the outer surface thereof, and as the receiving mold 12 rises, a relative pressing action is applied. A brush 15 (including sponge bodies and other flexible bodies in addition to bristles) is attached to the collar part 1.
The receiving mold 12 is arranged in a ring shape having the same shape (similar shape) in plan as the receiving mold 12 so that the flange 1a of the received container 1 rises to a position where it is reliably pressed to the outer end by the brush 15. , and then the projecting plate 13 is raised to push the container 1 above the receiving mold 12 and above the brush 15. At the position where the receiving mold 12 is raised, the film 4 is pushed up against the flange of the container 1. A heating wire 16 for cutting outside the portion 1a is arranged at the upper outer edge of the mold 12, and the heating wire 16 is heated in spots when the mold 12 reaches the above-mentioned raised position. The frame 17 holding the brush 15 is movably suspended on a guide rail 18 disposed horizontally and parallel to the film in the direction of the adhesive application section 5, and the brush 15 is movably suspended from a guide rail 18 disposed horizontally and parallel to the film, so that the frame 17 holding the brush 15 is movably suspended from the elevated position of the receiving mold 12 to at least the container. While the receiving mold 12 and the raised plate 13 are moving up and down at a predetermined pitch over a distance equal to or longer than the length of the film 1, the receiving mold 12 and the raised plate 13 are fixed above the receiving mold 12, and these are placed on the stretching surface of the film 4. After descending below, the film 4 is moved in the direction of the adhesive application section 5, and after the movement, the film 4 is held by the hydraulically or pneumatically actuated film holding arms 19 mounted on the lower four corners of the frame 17, and as it is. It is constructed so that the film 4 is pulled and returned to its original position in conjunction with each other. The container 1 pushed up above the brush 15 is once held in that position so as to be suspended and sent out to the side, and then transferred to the next line.

動してその動作を繰り返すことになる。 According to the above device, before and after the operation of receiving the container 1 from the conveyor 3 onto the receiving mold 12, the film clamping arm 19 attached to the frame 17 of the moving brush 15 clamps the film 4, and at the same time The frame 17 returns to its original position and uniformly pulls the film 4 over the entire predetermined pitch. Below the brush 15 which has returned to its original position, a film 4 whose heating is adjusted to the same conditions all year round by the film preheat heater 7 is stretched. As it moves, adhesive is automatically applied, and this adhesive is appropriately dried by the residual heater 7.
In this state, the receiving mold 12 receives the container 1 and rises, and the flange 1a of the container 1 pushes up the film 4 from below and comes into contact with the brush 15, which touches the adhesive application area of the film 4. is pressed against the flange 1a.
At this time, even if the stored object 2 protrudes from the container 1, the container 1 is pushed up from the lower surface of the film 4, so that the film is spread over the container, and the brush 15 presses the film from the upper surface to the outer surface of the flange 1a. Therefore, the film 4 is firmly attached. Furthermore, since the adhesive on the film 4 is applied in advance to a width 8c that is wider in the inner and outer directions than the width of the flange 1a, the normal degree of protrusion of the stored object 2 can be absorbed within this width, and slight positional deviation may occur. Since the film can also be absorbed, there is no possibility of poor adhesion between the film and the flange. In this way, after the film is attached, the film 4 on the outside of the flange 1a
touches the heating wire 16 and is cut, and at the same time the raised plate 13 rises to push up the container 1 with the film attached above the brush 15 and discharge it to the next line. On the other hand, the raised plate 13 is lowered and the receiving mold 12
At the same time, the receiving mold 12 also descends and returns to its original lower position to receive the next container. The brush 15 and its frame 17 move in the same manner as described above and repeat the operation.

きる。(Effect of the invention) In this way, the packaging device of the present invention has an adhesive application section disposed in the film portion before moving to the packaging section, and the adhesive application cylinder is used to apply the adhesive to the container flange. Since the adhesive is applied directly to the bottom surface of the film, the adhesive application work is extremely efficient, and the mold is located at one end of the container moving line. In addition to receiving containers, the container can be directly placed on the delivery line at the extended position of the push-up, and can be incorporated as an automatic mechanism during the continuous packaging process, significantly streamlining the entire packaging process. It turns out. As the container, any conventionally used container with an open top can be used, and since the film only covers the top of this opening, the use of the minimum amount of materials is possible, and there is no need to worry about the protrusion of the stored items from the container. It sticks to the top of the container with appropriate tension regardless of the situation, and does not apply a large tensile force that would cause the entire container to wrap, so it can be sealed without tearing the film, and the film has a wide margin for adhesive application. It is possible to cope with the protrusion or slight positional shift of the stored object, and to ensure the sealing of the film.

包装装置。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A receiving mold for receiving containers one by one is installed so as to be movable up and down, and an overhanging rod penetrating the bottom of the receiving mold is disposed so as to be movable up and down, and a film is placed above the receiving mold. A synthetic resin film rolled out from a roll is stretched, and a brush is placed above the film to press the film against the upper periphery of the container pushed up by the mold, so that the upper periphery of the container is made of synthetic resin. In an apparatus having a structure in which the resin film is cut outside the upper edge of the container at a position where the resin film is pressed by a brush, the adhesive application roller is moved between the film roll and the brush to the surface of the synthetic resin film. The roller forms on its circumferential surface an adhesive application groove with a developed shape that is slightly wider in the inner and outer directions than the planar shape of the upper periphery of the container, and the receiving mold is attached to one end of the container moving line. The receiving mold and the projecting rod are interlocked so that after the receiving mold rises and the container in the receiving mold pushes up the surface of the synthetic resin film, the projecting rod pushes the container in the receiving mold upward. What is claimed is: 1. A container packaging device having a configuration in which one end of a carry-out line is disposed close to the ejecting position.
