Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform re-kneading without recovering by a worker a falling material to be kneaded by receiving the material to be kneaded falling from the gap between rolls to feed the same to the roll rotating at a high speed and bonding the same to the material to be kneaded wound around the outer periphery of the roll to perform kneading. CONSTITUTION:When a material 3 to be kneaded is charged in the gap between rolls 1, 2, a part of the material 3' to be kneaded is not wound around the outer periphery of the roll 1 to fall on a belt 7 from the gap between the rolls 1, 2 but the end part on the side of the roll 1 of a belt conveyor 8 is raised by operating a lift apparatus 9 and the upper surface on the side of the roll 1 of the belt 7 is pressed to the roll 1 around which the material 3 to be kneaded is wound in a sheet form. Whereupon, the belt 7 is driven by the fric tion force generated between the sheet-like material 3 to be kneaded and the belt 7 and the material 3' to be kneaded on the belt 7 is bonded to the sheet-like material 3 to be kneaded to rotate together with the sheet-like material 3 to be kneaded. By this method, the falling material 3 to be kneaded can be immedi ately mixed and kneaded with the sheet-like material 3 to be kneaded and, therefore, it becomes unnecessary that a worker performs recovery purposely.

[Prior art] Generally, in the processing process of rubber, plastic, etc.
In order to uniformly knead the main raw materials and additives, as shown in FIG.
2 are arranged parallel to each other with a required gap C so that they are parallel to each other in the horizontal direction, and the rolls 1.2 are arranged so that the direction of rotation at the facing portion 10 is from above to below, respectively.
The roller is rotated at a speed of V2 (Vl > V2), and a mixed wire material 3 such as rubber or plastic mixed with additives is introduced from above between the rolls 1 and 2, and the mixed wire material 3 is rotated relative to each other at a speed of vl. It is wrapped in a sheet shape around the outer periphery of the roll L which is rotating at a high speed in terms of perspective, and when the cross-wire material 3 passes between the rolls 1 and 2, a shearing force is applied to the cross-wire material 3 due to the rotational speed difference between the rolls 1 and 2. However, none of the literature discloses a method for disposing of the cross-wire material 3° that does not wrap around the outer periphery of the roll 1 and falls from between the rolls 1 and 2 during the cross-wire. When the amount increases to a certain extent, the worker uses a shovel or the like to collect the 3° of crosstalk material on the catch tray 4, or stops the crosstalk work and removes the crosstalk material from the catch tray 4.
The material on the saucer 4 can be reused by replacing it with another saucer.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, as a recent trend, with the increasing variety of products in small lots, it has become common for different mixed wire materials 3 to be kneaded one after another, and in such cases If different types of cross-conducting materials 3 are mixed together, they cannot be reused, so every time the type of cross-conducting materials 3 changes, the cross-conducting materials 3° that have fallen onto the tray 4 must be collected, and the frequency of this also increases. This increased the burden on the workers.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present method invention provides a mixing method in which mixing material is introduced from above between a pair of rolls having different rotational speeds and is wound around the outer periphery of the rolls rotating at high speed for kneading. After receiving the cross-wire material, the cross-wire material is sent to the side of a roll rotating at high speed, and the cross-wire material is attached to the cross-wire material wrapped around the outer periphery of the roll to perform cross-wire. A pair of rolls are arranged side by side with a required gap so that their axes are parallel to each other in the horizontal direction, and the rotation directions at the facing portions are from above to below, respectively, and the rotation speeds are different, and the rolls are arranged below the rolls. a belt conveyor in which a belt is endlessly wound around a pair of belt wheels having axes parallel to the axes of the rolls; The apparatus is characterized by comprising a lifting device for pressing the upper surface against the high speed rotating roll.

[Function] Therefore, in the method of the present invention, the cross-wire material that is introduced from above between the rolls and falls from between the rolls is received and sent to the rolls rotating at high speed, and the cross-wire material that is wrapped around the outer periphery of the rolls is sent to the roll side that rotates at high speed. It is attached to the material and kneaded. In addition, in the device of the present invention, the cross-conducting material that does not wrap around the outer periphery of the high-speed rotating rolls and falls onto the belt from between the rolls is removed by raising the end of the belt conveyor on the high-speed rotating roll side by operating the lifting device, thereby raising the upper surface of the belt. By pressing the mixed wire material against the roll wrapped in a sheet shape, it is sent together with the belt to the roll side that rotates at high speed and adheres to the sheet of mixed wire material, and is rotated and kneaded together with the sheet-shaped mixed wire material. be done.

With the configuration as described above, when the belt conveyor 8 is placed almost horizontally by the operation of the lifting device 9 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. The mixed wire material 3° of the part is not wrapped around the outer periphery of the roll L and falls onto the belt T from between the rolls L and 2, but the lifting device 9 is activated to raise the end of the belt conveyor 8 on the roll L side, When the upper surface of the belt 7 on the roll l side is pressed against the roll l around which the cross-conducting material 3 is wound in the form of a sheet, the belt 7 is driven by the frictional force generated between the sheet-like cross-conducting material 3 and the belt 7. The crosstalk material 3° on the belt 7 adheres to the sheet-like crosswire material 3 and rotates together with the sheet-like crosswire material 3.

In this way, the fallen cross wire material 3° can be immediately mixed with the sheet-shaped cross wire material 3 being mixed and kneaded. Therefore, even when different types of cross wire materials 3 are kneaded one after another,
It is no longer necessary for the worker to take the trouble to collect the dropped crosstalk material 3° every time the type of crosstalk material 3 changes as in the past, which greatly helps to reduce the burden on the worker.
