クを設け、更に特定固所のピツト内に水中ブロワ
ーを組み入れて、該水中ブロワーによる有圧エア
ーによつて薬液反応時及び中和時の撹拌及びスラ
ツジの搬出を行わしめるとともに、前記各反応槽
及び中和槽へ薬液を供給するポンプ及び水中ブロ
ワーの動作をコントロールする制御系を具備した
