``Prior art'' Conventional rutted rails of this kind include bolting the tip of a short nose rail to the tip of a long nose rail to form a nose tip rail, and connecting the nose tip rail and both sides of the nose tip rail with bolts. It is known that a weir material (spacing/material) is interposed between the abdomen and the blade track arranged on the blade, and the blade is tightly connected with a tightening bolt.

``Problems to be solved by the invention: A nose end rail formed by connecting the tip of a short nose rail to the tip of the conventional long nose rail by bolting, and an abdominal part of the wing rails arranged on both sides of the nose end rail. In the case of a structure that is tightly connected with a tightening bolt with a layer of material interposed between them, it is difficult to avoid frequent repeated shocks on the rutted track section of the track turnout due to the passage of vehicles, which are becoming faster and more crowded these days. There is a risk that the connection between the nose tip track and the wing track may loosen at the bottom, leading to an unexpected situation.

In addition, electric welding is not only inefficient, but because the welding techniques of workers vary among individuals, welding results are not uniform, and it is not possible to expect a uniform product. If the rails are cast separately, they have drawbacks such as difficulty in welding both ends to regular rails.

Means for Solving Problem F" In order to achieve the above object, the rutted track according to the present invention is constructed as follows. That is, in the present invention, the nose end rail is formed into two parts, the front part of the nose end rail (V piece) and the rear part of the nose end rail (combined track body), and the nose end rail receives the largest load. The front part of the rail (■ piece) is a single forged steel member, while
The rear part of the nose end rail (combined track body) is formed by welding the front side surfaces of two rails together, and the rear end of the front part of the nose end rail formed as described above and the front end of the rear part of the nose end rail are connected with gas. The front part of the N nose end rail and the rear part of the N nose end rail facing the molten surface are heated and melted, and the joints are fused and integrated by mutually pressurizing the front part of the N nose end rail and the rear part of the N nose end rail facing the molten surface. The front ends of the blades are firmly fused and bonded together without including any foreign materials such as metal materials for brazing to form nose end tracks and strips, and the blade tracks arranged on both sides of the nose end tracks are 1llFi for the abdomen and nasal tip! A layer material (spacer material) coated with a strong adhesive such as a thermosetting epoxy resin adhesive is attached to the In, and a nut is screwed onto a tightening bolt inserted through the layer material to form the nose end rail. and the wing rail, and together with this tightening, the nose end rail, the layer material, and the wing rail are firmly integrated with each other using a strong adhesive so that they cannot be separated.

"Function" As described above, the present invention heats the rear end of the front end of the nose end rail and the front end of the rear end of the nose end rail, which become a single steel member, with a gas flame to melt them, and melts the nose end rail into a melted state. The rear end of the front part of the nose end rail and the front end of the rear part of the nose end rail are pressed against each other to connect the rear end of the front part of the nose end rail and the front end of the rear part of the nose end rail without using a foreign material such as a metal material for brazing. They are fused together to form a nasal tip track,
A weir material coated with a strong adhesive is installed between the abdomen of the wing rails arranged on both sides of the nose end rail and the abdomen of the nose end rail, and a tightening bolt that can be inserted through the weir material is attached to the nose end. Since the rail and the wing rail are tightened together, tightening bolts are attached to the nose end rail, which becomes the front end of the nose end rail and the rear end of the nose end rail of a single steel member that is fusion-bonded without the intervention of different materials. Together with the tightening, the blade track is firmly bonded with a strong adhesive through the weir material, and the nose end track, weir material, and blade track are firmly integrated in a state that cannot be separated.

"Effects of the Invention" As described above, the present invention provides a rutted rail constructed by arranging wing rails on both sides of the nose end rail and attaching the wing rails to both sides of the nose end rail via a weir material. The front part of the nose end rail is formed of a steel member, while the rear end of the nose end rail is formed by shallowly widening the rear ends of two rails and welding their front side surfaces to each other. The front end of the nose end rail is heated with a gas flame to melt the front end and the rear end of the front end of the nose end rail, and are pressed together and fused together without the intervention of different materials such as metal materials for brazing. An outer end rail is configured to be connected to the rear part of the nose end rail, and a layer material coated with a strong adhesive is provided between the abdomens of the wing rail and nose end rail arranged on both sides of the nose end rail. At the same time, the nose end rail, layer material, and wing rail were firmly tightened with tightening bolts and nuts, and in conjunction with this tightening, the nose end rail, layer material, and wing rail were made as strong as possible using strong adhesive. is integrally combined with
In addition, the front part of the nose end rail is made of solid iron and copper, so it can withstand repeated impacts from frequent vehicles, preventing separation of the tip of the nose end rail or separation of the nose end rail and wing rail. This means that the device can be used for a long period of time without any trouble and without any risk of inconvenient situations such as loosening of the connections.
