持機能を完全且つ確実とし、加振状態下での配役使用中
にあっても、離脱等の憂いのない集中配管用固定クラン
プおよびその固定方法を提案することを目的とするもの

少くともその一方に、一端を外部に突出して鋳着した取
付は金具を有するか、有しない上下一対の分割片からな
る樹脂製クランプ体の相互に対接した合せ面に設けた半
円状の凹溝によって形成した幅手方向のそれぞれの保持
孔部及び前記合せ面に接着剤を敷設介在し、配管材を並
列状に配列係合せしめ、次いで超音波溶着処理により前
記接着剤を軟化、溶融せしめ、冷却固化して前記合せ面
及び配管材との係合面を相互に接着結合して形成せしめ
てなる集中配管用固定クランプの固定方法を要旨とする
もので桑る。
