の保持孔部に配管材を配列係合した状態で接着剤
により前記分割片の合せ面及び少くとも一方の分
割片の凹溝部と配管材との係合面を相互に接着結
合せしめるものであり、簡素な固定クランプの構
造により配管材を容易に固定することによつて著
しく作業性を向上せしめ、同時に一括包持するこ
とによつて保持機能を完全且つ確実とし、加振状
態下での配設使用中にあつても、離脱等の憂いの
ない集中配管用固定クランプの固定方法を提案す
ることを目的とするものである。

溶融せしめ、冷却固化して前記合せ面及び配管材
との係合面を相互に接着結合して形成せしめてな
る集中配管用固定クランプの固定方法を要旨とす
るものである。

型した上下一対の分割片1′,1″からなるポリエ
チレン等の樹脂製クランプ体で、相互に対接した
合せ面4…に設けた断面半円状の凹溝3′…及び
3″…によつて幅手方向の複数の保持孔3…部が
形成されている。該保持孔3…に所望の曲げ形状
を有するそれぞれ異なる流路の管径15m/m程度
以下の配管材P…を並列状に配列係合し、前記合
せ面4…及び少くとも一方の分割片1′若くは
1″の凹溝3′…或いは3″…部と配管材P…との
係合面を相互にホツトメルト型の接着剤5により
接着結合して構成したものである。

結合したものであり、簡素な固定クランプ1の構
造によつて配管材P…の固定方法を極めて容易と
することとなり、組付けに際しての人為的な押圧
力を不要として著しく組付け作業を向上する結果
となり、同時に一括包持状によるしかも前記接着
結合構造によつて、保持機能を安全且つ確実と
し、加振状態下での配設使用中にあつても離脱の
優いがない等、多くの効果を有する極めて有用な
集中配管用固定クランプの固定方法である。
