[Advantages of the Invention] In the present invention, a joining member is brought into contact with and welded to a building steel structural member to be joined, and a member to be joined is welded to a building steel structural member to be joined, and upper and lower end portions of each substrate are joined. Since the joining member and the member to be joined are joined with a plurality of the same number of bolts penetrating the rising part of the above, the joining of the flange portions of the upper and lower surfaces, which requires the most force, is sufficiently performed. No secondary stress is applied to the flange due to joining,
In addition, it is not necessary to form a bolt hole for joining in the flange portion, and the cross section of the base material is not damaged to weaken the strength.

Further, since the joining member and the joined member are joined by a plurality of bolts and the bolts inserted in the joining member are respectively tightened by nuts, it is possible to attach the joining bolt to both of the base materials to which the joining bolt is joined as in the conventional case. Since it is not necessary to use the bolt twice as much as the required proof stress, further, since the two members are separated from each other by at least the distance that the nut is interposed, the joining by the bolt becomes flexible, It is possible to easily determine the dimensions of the two structural steel structural members to be joined without requiring any particular degree of precision.
