ケース5への収納に際しては、保持板3がケース
5の開口端より若干下方に位置するように収納す
ると共に、アース端子8をケース5に直接接続す
る。次にケース5内に絶縁性樹脂を保持板3が覆
われる程度に先づ仮充填し固化させる。さらにそ
の上に板状端子4が樹脂面から所定寸法突出する
ように樹脂を注意深く仕上充填し固化させてノイ

透孔10に板状端子4を挿通してケース5の開口
部にその開口端と蓋板9の上面とがほぼ同一平面

樹脂11中にあるので固化した樹脂11はケース
5内での回動が阻止され、これによつて端子保持
板3も固定されて板状端子4は従来の樹脂全充填
の場合と同じように補強される。勿論蓋板9も固

ース外に漏れることもなく端子が従来同様に補強
できるなど品質の良いノイズフイルタを安価に提
