Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a feed resistant to putrefaction and preservable for a long period, by fixing a food waste in a solidified starch, and dehydrating the mixture with the heat of hot oil. CONSTITUTION:A food waste such as dead fish, bean curd refuse, etc. is crushed. 100kg of the crushed waste is mixed with about 15-20kg of starch, and heated at 80-120 deg.C for 1-2hr to solidify the starch and fix the crushed food waste in the solidified starch. The solidified mixture is immersed in hot oil of 80-120 deg.C, and the dehydrated product obtained by the dehydration with the heat of the hot oil is taken out of the hot oil, and deoiled by pressing.

(b) Conventional technology In the past, food waste such as dead fish and tofu dregs had few uses, with only a few used as raw materials for feed and other materials being disposed of by incineration. The method involved crushing the food waste, drying it in a dryer, etc., and then adding preservatives and the like as needed.

(c) Problems that the invention seeks to solveHowever,
In the above method, drying and handling are inconvenient because the feed is crushed to increase drying efficiency at the initial stage, and the moisture content of the product feed is about 20% or more, making it easy to spoil and making long-term storage impossible. Therefore, product lii* was low.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems In the present invention, starch is added to crushed food waste such as dead fish and tofu dregs, which is then baked and solidified, and then the baked and solidified product is placed in heated oil. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing feed from food waste, which is obtained by immersing the food waste in water to dehydrate it at oil temperature, then taking out the dehydrated product from the heated oil, and pressing it to remove the oil.

In the present invention, by adding starch to food waste such as dead fish and tofu meal, the starch absorbs water from the food waste, and by heating it, it is solidified. It fixes and retains food waste in starch, making it easier to handle during dehydration in the subsequent process. Then, by immersing this solidified starch with food waste fixed in it in heated oil, the heated oil penetrates into the tissue of the starch and food waste. This method efficiently dehydrates food waste from inside and outside the tissue through oil temperature. This dehydrated product is then removed from the heated oil and squeezed to remove the oil, and the treated product is in a state where the oil and water content is reduced as much as possible, making it difficult to putrefy.

(f) Effects According to the present invention, by fixing food waste in solidified starch, handling in the subsequent process is facilitated, and it is also possible to fix the food waste in the solidified starch. Dehydration effectively dehydrates food waste, prevents spoilage, and provides feed that can be stored for a long time.

At this time, food waste such as dead fish and tofu dregs has a moisture content of 60 to 8
However, this moisture transfers to the rice flour, etc., and the rice flour is solidified by heating at a temperature of 80 to 120°C for 1 to 2 hours, and food waste is contained in the solidified rice flour. The crushed material is fixed and fixed.

Next, oil such as animal oil or vegetable oil is put into the kettle, and while this oil is maintained as heated oil at a temperature of 80'C to 120°C, the solidified rice flour is mixed in the heated oil. The crushed food waste that has been fixed and assimilated is added and soaked, and stirred for about 1 to 3 hours.

The dehydrated product thus dehydrated is taken out of the heated oil and deoiled using a screw press or the like, but after that, if normal hexane is sprinkled on the deoiled product to extract and remove the residual oil, the residual oil valve will be 5. % or less. At this time, the remaining amount of moisture is 10% or less.

In this way, since the residual amount of water and oil is small, the treated product is less likely to spoil and can be made into feed that can be stored for a long period of time.
