Claims (1)
各々の透明画素電極に薄膜トランジスタが配置さ
れ、前記薄膜トランジスタを駆動するゲート配線
電極及びドレイン配線電極を設置した透明材料か
らなる第１の基板と、透明電極が形成された透明
材料からなる第２の基板との間に液晶を挟持して
構成される液晶表示装置において、前記ゲート配
線電極およびドレイン配線電極の少なくとも一方
が透明電極により形成され、この透明配線電極と
前記透明画素電極とは絶縁層を介して積層された
