Claims (1)
ーライン上に絶縁して並列配置された複数本のド
レインラインとが交差し、このマトリクス状の各
交差点に半導体膜を配置したスイツチングトラン
ジスタを構成してなり、該各トランジスタのソー
ス側に表示セグメント電極を結合してなる第１の
基板と、対向電極を有する第２の基板との間に液
晶物質を介在せしめた液晶表示装置に於て、上記
第１の基板はその周囲のゲートライン端子あるい
はドレインライン端子からの給電によつて全ての
上記スイツチングトランジスタが動作可能となる
範囲で分割された構成の分割基板を機械的に結合
