各図中、1は母基板、2は圧電基板、3,4は
絶縁基板、6は切断チツプ、7は銅箔(半田接続
用電極)、9は接着剤、10bは半田。

れることにより、当該圧電基板に固定接続されて
おり、また他方の絶縁面には外部接続用電極が形
成されており、 前記圧電基板において前記接続電極に連なる側
面部、前記絶縁基板において前記外部接続用電極
に連なる平面状側面部および前記接着剤により形
勢されるこれら側面部間の凹部には連続する導電
膜が形成されることにより、前記接続用電極と前
記接続電極とが互いに接続されてなるチツプ型圧
