Conventionally, gas rice cookers and gas deep fryers have already been put into practical use as gas appliances that detect the temperature at the bottom of the container and control the firepower, but these are designed as single-function appliances and require special use. It uses a container and generally achieves the control purpose by self-control means. On the other hand, in gas stoves, the shape and size of the container used is unstable, and the control temperature varies over a wide range depending on the content of cooking, so a temperature sensor with excellent thermal response using external force control means is required. Therefore, it is difficult to put this temperature sensor into practical use unless the thermal influence caused by the burner flame and the burner body when the temperature rises, which greatly affect the controllability of the temperature sensor as a disturbance factor, can be prevented. The present invention has been made in order to improve the above-mentioned problems, and will be described below along with embodiments thereof.

Fig. 2 is a partial sectional view of the burner burner section. The heat shield tube 3 is made of stainless steel with low heat resistance, and the stepped portion touches the upper edge of the burner head 4, and the cut and raised piece at the bottom lowers the heat shield tube 3. The edges are held in place to maintain the top and bottom positions.

In the above configuration, if there is no heat shield cylinder 3, the temperature sensor 2 will have a temperature difference of 20 to 30 degrees from the temperature inside the container 1 due to direct radiation heat transfer and convection heat transfer from the flame.
℃, which becomes very large and is no longer suitable for practical use. Therefore, in order to prevent direct radiation heat transfer from this flame, a heat shield cylinder 3 is provided around the temperature sensor 2 to prevent the above-mentioned thermal influence. The height of the heat shield cylinder is regulated by the size of the container 1 and the trivet 6, but it must be higher than the line PP' connecting the tip P of the primary flame on the outer periphery of the burner head 4 and the tip P' of the temperature sensor. If the height C and the diameter of the heat shield tube are the same, there will be little influence of thermal radiation, and the influence of the heat shield tube itself will also be small when the temperature rises. Also, by bending or curling the upper edge of the heat shield tube 3 outward, the same effect as increasing the height can be obtained.

Next, the secondary air circulation hole 7 in the stepped part of the heat shield cylinder 3
However, by providing this air hole, the circulation of secondary air is improved and the combustion of the burner flame is improved. At the same time, by making the upper edge D and lower edge F of the air hole lower than the outer peripheral edge A of the burner head, , preventing heat radiation from the flame, and secondary air being supplied to the peripheral flame along the top of the burner head (Figure 3A). If the upper edge D and lower edge F of the air hole of the heat shield cylinder 3 are made higher than the outer circumferential edge A, the secondary air of the burner outer flame will be supplied above the burner outer circumferential edge A.
Combustion deteriorates and more Co is generated, resulting in incomplete combustion (Figure 3B). Furthermore, by making the lower edge F of the air hole lower than the inner circumferential edge E of the burner head, the contact area with the burner head can be reduced, heat conduction can be reduced, and the influence on the temperature sensor can be further reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, the heat radiation and convection from the flame and the radiation heat transfer from the burner head, which act as disturbance factors on the temperature controllability of the temperature sensor, are reduced, and the natural ventilation of the secondary air provides a cooling effect. Therefore, the characteristics of the temperature sensor can be further improved.

In addition, since the lower end of the secondary air circulation hole of the heat shield cylinder provided on the inner periphery of the burner head, whose outer periphery is higher than the inner periphery, is below the inner periphery of the burner head, the height of the inner and outer peripheries of the burner head also affects the height. Since air can easily flow in through the secondary air circulation holes, the cooling effect on the temperature sensor and heat shield tube is further enhanced, combustion of the burner is stabilized, and heat conduction from the burner head to the heat shield tube is also reduced. It will be done.
