Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 先端に硬質ボール２を転動自在に抱持させた
金属細管３内に毛細管状のインキ流通孔５が軸線
方向に設けられた耐摩耗性インキ流量調節部材６
を該硬質ボール２に先端を接触させて嵌装すると
ともに棒状のインキ誘導用中継芯７を該耐摩耗性
インキ流量調節部材６に先端を接触させて挿着し
たペン先チツプ８をペン先本体１の主要部として
なるボールペン用ペン先体において、該耐摩耗性
インキ流量調節部材６の先端面に硬質ボール２の
直径よりも径が若干小さい凹部４を設けてその端
縁４ａに硬質ボール２を受けさせるとともに前記
インキ流通孔５の先端開口の一部または全部を該
端縁４ａ上の複数個所に位置させたことを特徴と
するボールペン用ペン先体。 ２ 耐摩耗性インキ流量調節部材６が金属体であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のボールペ
ン用ペン先体。 ３ 耐摩耗性インキ流量調節部材６が凹部４の中
心に軸線方向の細孔５ａを有するものである実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載のボ
ールペン用ペン先体。 ４ ペン先本体１がペン先チツプ８と該ペン先チ
ツプ８の金属細管３よりも軟質の金属製のチツプ
ホルダ９とよりなり、ペン先チツプ８がチツプホ
ルダ９の中心孔部１０に挿通されてチツプホルダ
９の肉薄筒部１１から金属細管３の管壁に至らせ
たかしめ部１２により一体化されている実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項または第３項
記載のボールペン用ペン先体。
