IC3を取付けたのち、ヘッドカバー6の2個の凸部7
a、7eを夫々2個の突起部6b、6c問および凹部6
a間に挿入し同時に2個の係合部材7gの下方部をヒー
トシンク6の両端部にそうで外方に拡がりさせながら下
方に移動して、ヒートシンク6の底面に達したとき、自
刃で元の位置に復してその突起部7fをヒートシンク6
