を入力してその画信号中の黒信号を検出する黒信
号検出手段と、該黒信号検出手段による前記画信
号の読取り開始と同時に計数を開始し且つ前記黒
信号を検出した時点でその時の計数値をラツチす
る計数手段とを具備することを特徴としたフアク
