Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザ、該レーザからの出力光を光電変
換素子により受光し、斯る受光量に対応した出力
信号を出力する光出力検出部、該検出部からの出
力信号のうちノイズ成分のみを検出するノイズ検
出部、基準信号発生部、上記光出力検出部から出
力される出力信号と上記基準信号発生部から出力
される基準信号とを比較し、その比較結果を出力
する比較部、該比較部からの出力に基づいて上記
半導体レーザを駆動するレーザ駆動部、上記ノイ
ズ検出部からの検出結果に基づいて上記光出力検
出部からの出力もしくは上記基準信号発生部から
の出力のうちいずれか一方を変更せしめる出力変
更部を有したことを特徴とする半導体レーザ駆動
回路。
