Claims (1)
- レーザーダイオードとその発射光をモニタする
受光素子とを同一パツケージ内に収納し該受光素
子の出力を前記レーザーダイオードの制御回路に
帰還して該レーザーダイオードの光出力を制御す
るレーザーダイオードモジユールにおいて、前記
受光素子として夫々異なる波長感度を有し夫々の
出力電流の和が広範囲の発光波長に対して略一定
となる如き複数個の受光素子を設け、前記レーザ
ーダイオード制御回路に、前記複数個の受光素子
の夫々の出力を加算してその加算出力により前記
レーザーダイオードの入力を制御する加算回路を
設けたことを特徴とするレーザーダイオードモジ
ユール。
