合致した版を印刷機の版固定部に固定した後、版と被印
刷物との位置合せを行なう。この版と被印刷物との位置
合せ方法は、被印刷物または版を移動させてずれ量を調
整する。本発明は前者の被印刷物を移動させて位置合せ
する方法を対象とする。後者の版を移動させて位置合せ
する方法を参考までにあげると、例えば特開昭56−1

かしながら、この方法は前記した作業を数置繰り返さな
ければIEt4な位r4を合せができなく、版交換に多
大の調整時間を要し、印刷機の稼動率が低下するという

本発明は上記目的を達成するために、被印刷物が固定さ
れた被印刷物固定台を版が固定された板固定部に対して
相対的に水平移動及び上昇させて被印刷物を印刷可能な
位置(こ位置させ、試し刷りを行ない、その後前記と逆
に被印刷物固定台を板固定部に対して相対的に下降及び
水平移動させて被印刷物をビデオカメラの下方に位置さ
せ、このビデオカメラで観察される被印刷物の印刷画像
をモニタテレビに写し出し、このモニタテレビに写し出
される被印刷物の基準点にモニタテレビの基準点を合せ
、次に正確に印刷されたマスター被印刷物を前記試し刷
り用被印刷物と交換して被印刷物固定台に固定し、モニ
タテレビの基準点に画像の基準点が合うように被印刷物

刷物を印刷可能な位置に位置させ、試し刷りを行ない、
その後前記と逆に被印刷物固定台を版固定部に対して相
対的に下降及び水平移動させて被印刷物をビデオカメラ
の下方に位置させ、このビデオカメラで観察される被印
刷物の印刷画像をモニタテレビに写し出し、このモニタ
テレビに写し出される被印刷物の基準点にモニタテレビ
の基準点を合せ、次に正確に印刷したマスター被印刷物
を前記試し刷り用被印刷物と交換して被印刷物固定台に
固定し、モニタテレビの基準点に画像の基準点が合うよ
うに被印刷物固定台を移動させることを特徴とするスク
