- ほぼ６ボルトよりも小さなツエナー電圧を有す
るツエナーダイオードを、ほぼ一定の電圧が供給
される給電端子とＩｎＳｂホール素子との間に接
続したことを特徴とするＩｎＳｂホール素子の温
度安定化回路。
