Claims (1)
- 平板状のヒートシンクベース部と、これに起立
させた複数のフイン部とからなるヒートシンク構
造において、前記フイン部にその根元から先端部
に亘つて空洞を複数設けると共に、該空洞内を減
圧した状態でこれに動作液を封入したことを特徴
とするヒートシンク構造。
