Claims (1)
- 小間隙を形成して熱伝導性の良好な金属薄板１
を複数枚並設し、各金属薄板１にはほぼ同形の貫
通孔３を形成し、該貫通孔３に発熱素子５を袋状
の金属体６に包み込んで圧入し一体に結合した事
を特徴とするフイン付き発熱体。
