Claims (1)
- 小間隙を形成して熱伝導性の良好な金属薄板を
複数枚並設し、各金属薄板にはほぼ同一の貫通孔
を形成し、該貫通孔に発熱素子を金属板に挾み込
んで圧入し結合するものに於いて、前記金属板を
一枚板を折り曲げて形成し、この折り曲げ部側か
ら圧入する事を特徴とするフイン付き発熱体。
