、１５：減圧吸引槽（減圧吸引部）、１７：非濾過成分
受−槽、５１９：洗浄水飛散防止カバー、２０：濾布案

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一方向に走行、周回自在に設けた、織物または編物基材
    の表面にその基材を直接起毛してなる極細繊維の立毛濾
    層を有するエンドレス濾布と、前記濾布の表面に対向し
    て設けた固液供給部と、前記濾布の表面側で、かつ前記
    濾布の走行方向に対，．シて前記固液供給部よりも下流
    側に設けた第１の洗浄ノズルと、前記濾布の馬面側で、
    かつ前記濾布の走行方向に対して前記第１の洗浄ノズル
    よりも下流側に設けた第２の洗浄ノズルと、前記瀘布の
    表面側で、かつ前記第２の洗浄ノズルに対向して設けた
    減圧吸引部とを備えていることを特徴とする固液分離装
    置。
