Claims (1)
雷素子の電極面に並設される非線形半導体素子と
、これら素子を保持し素子電極面間を強圧する金
属保持片と、この金属保持片の自由端からガス封
止形避雷素子の電極面方向へ折曲成形された接点
部と、上記各電極面間に介装されガス封止形避雷
素子の電極面に熱結合状態で常時は前記接点部を
電極面から離間させる導電性熱変形部材とから構
成される通信用保安素子ユニツト。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のユニ
ツトにおいて、金属保持片に非線形半導体素子の
電極面が一体保持されている通信用保安素子ユニ
ツト。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のユニ
ツトにおいて、導電性熱変形部材がいずれかの素
子電極面に一体化されている通信用保安素子ユニ
ツト。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のユニ
ツトにおいて、コ字形に折曲された金属保持片の
内側で各素子が保持されている通信用保安素子ユ
ニツト。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のユニ
ツトにおいて、対の金属保持片で各素子が強圧さ
